Background
Armenians are the first nation in the world accepting Christianity as a state religion in 301 BC.
Today Armenia represents the last Christian outpost in the Transcaucasia that miraculously survived all attempts of suppression and destruction by aggressive invaders throughout history.
Surviving from the ashes of the Armenian Genocide that was perpetrated by the Ottoman Turks during World War I, Armenia is a small land-locked country in between Turkey and Azerbaijan, which are basically the leftovers of the Ottoman Turks.

With more than 80 % of it's borders blocked by Turkey on one side and Azerbaijan on the other, Armenia is a Christian fortress under siege .

The Armenian Army
Protecting the borders of Armenia from it's aggressors is Armenia's 100.000 strong army . Although these soldiers are not equipped with state of the art technology in weapons they are blessed with a strong will to fight and protect their country. It is not only their faith and country they have to protect but also their families, wives and children, who will not stand a chance for survival if the enemy ever crosses Armenia's borders.
SACRIFICE

Protecting the borders of Armenia requires heroes and a constant sacrifice of life. Some of these soldiers who sacrifice their lives leave behind their wives and children, some elderly parents. These families who suffer the loss of their loved ones are often left with no financial support and little hope to live a decent life.

The mission of our organization ''Mother Armenia'' is to extend a helping hand to all those widows and orphans who were left behind and to give a piece of mind to all those souls who left their bodies on the battleground in their holly mission of protecting the fatherland.
